Q: How do I join Empower Hive?
A: Click the Join Now button on our homepage, select your grade level or family plan, and follow the checkout steps. You’ll receive a confirmation email and instant access after purchase.

Q: How do I pick a membership level?
A: Review our membership options on the Plans & Pricing page. If you’re not sure, start with the grade level that matches your child’s needs. You can always upgrade or switch plans later.

🟣 Access Issues

Q: Why can’t I see my lessons after logging in?
A: Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used to purchase. Return to your Membership Account and select your grade level to access your lessons. If you just joined, refresh the page or check your email for confirmation.

Q: How do I get back to my dashboard/account?
A: Click “Return to Membership Account” at the top or bottom of your lesson hub, or use the My Membership Account link in the main menu.

🟣 Payments & Billing

Q: How do I upgrade, downgrade, or change my membership?
A: Log in, go to your Membership Account, and click “Join Now” to select a different plan. Follow the prompts and your new membership will start immediately.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe checkout.

Q: I can’t log in or reset my password!
A: Try the Password Reset link on the login page. If you still can’t access your account, contact us.

Q: I see an error or something’s not working. What should I do?
A: Refresh your browser, clear your cache, or try opening the site in an incognito window. If the issue continues, contact us with details and screenshots if possible.

🟣 Cancellation Process

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Visit your Membership Account, scroll to your current plan, and click “Cancel Membership.” You’ll be asked to confirm your cancellation.

Note: You may need to hit cancel twice. The first click returns you to your account. The second click finalizes the cancellation.
